1. Precision CNC Machining

Our machining shop features multi-axis centers capable of handling complex geometries. From high-speed turning to precision milling, we maintain strict control over dimensional tolerances and surface finishes (Ra values).

2. Metallurgical Expertise (Casting & Forging)

We don’t just cast metal; we engineer it. Our expertise includes:

• Ductile & Grey Iron Casting: For heavy-duty housings and brackets.
• Alloy Steel Forging: For high-stress shafts and gears.
• Proprietary Ratios: Custom material compositions tailored to specific load-bearing requirements.

3. Integrated Heat Treatment

To ensure the longevity of drivetrain parts, we offer in-house Carburizing, Quenching, and Induction Hardening. This ensures the perfect balance between surface hardness and core toughness.
